Council accepts city audited financial statements for FY 2025 with clean opinion

She told the Council there were no financial statement findings, no federal award findings, and no questioned costs.
Council members thanked Montoya and auditors for the work. Council Member Clark Taylor moved to accept the audited financial statements; Council Member Ryan Hunter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Mayor Frost said publicly entering the clean findings into the record was reassuring to residents. The acceptance was recorded in the minutes as unanimous among attending members.
