VDOT outlines FY26 maintenance budget and PM3C26 road projects in Cumberland

Lokker noted miscellaneous items including Rt 60 school photo enforcement and courthouse paving/markings. The board received the report; no formal board action or vote on VDOT items was recorded in the minutes.
