Board approves litter grant and small animal-control remittance

The litter grant motion was made by Supervisor Bryan Hamlet and seconded by Supervisor Paul Stimpson; the Animal Friendly Plate remittance was moved by Supervisor Paul Stimpson and seconded by Supervisor Bryan Hamlet. Both motions carried with four ayes and Supervisor Robert Saunders absent.
