The airport’s Snow Removal Equipment project is progressing, with the contractor currently manufacturing the approved truck after submittal approvals, Trey Dail reported.
“The only active item is minor back‑and‑forth regarding the locations of lights for high‑visibility/work lighting and amber safety flashers,” Trey said, noting the contractor requested changes to a few light locations and coordination on those points is underway. Commissioners were briefed that these are the remaining coordination items.
Next steps: engineering and the contractor will finalize light locations and complete manufacturing coordination so the SRE truck can be delivered and integrated into winter operations.
