The Grant County Court approved its consent agenda on Feb. 18, 2026, including updates to the Grant County Fair bylaws and vendor contracts for fair entertainment and audio services. The Court awarded a sound and announcing contract to MixDown Audio Solutions (Ty Baker) for $8,200 and an after-rodeo entertainment contract to Sam Girls for $2,000.
The Court also approved an airport lease with the State of Oregon (ODFW) for suites 1A and 2A running Feb. 2026 through Dec. 2027 at a monthly base rent of $640. Treasurer-related items were read and approved: Resolution 26-05 authorizes an intrafund transfer of $2,191 to ESD Apportionment and Resolution 26-06 approves a budgeted transfer of $99,921 from the County School Fund to the General Fund. All consent items passed on motions by Judge Hamsher and seconded by Commissioner Rowell with a 3-0 vote.
The court minutes note that the Fair Board judged the selected vendors to offer high-quality performance. Administrative follow-up and contract execution were approved; no dissenting votes were recorded.
