On Jan. 6 the Roosevelt County commissioners approved a travel allowance schedule and mileage rates under Resolution 2026-11. The resolution sets reimbursement meal rates at $10 (morning), $12 (midday), and $17 (evening), and specifies eligibility conditions including a 15-mile distance from headquarters and travel status of more than three hours within the applicable meal timeframe.
The board also adopted Resolution 2026-12 establishing the daily rate of credit for incarceration at $50 for calendar year 2026, citing Section 46-18-403(2) MCA. Both resolutions were passed by motion and recorded in the meeting minutes.
