Tax-deed sale ends with no bids on listed parcels

Roosevelt County opened its tax-deed sale at 9:00 A.M. on Sept. 30. For each item called (items 1 through 11 as listed in the sale), the presiding officer asked for a bid and recorded "No bid, No sale." The sale concluded and the Board adjourned the session at 9:09 A.M.
Attendees included Commissioners Gordon Oelkers, Robert Toavs and Doug Marottek, DES Coordinator Lindsey McNabb and guests from local development and the public.
