The board approved the minutes from Dec. 11, 2024 on a 6-0 vote (mover: Waechter; seconder: Dieker). Members then confirmed jurisdiction for the items on tonight’s agenda. A single motion set officers for both bodies: Planning Board officers were recorded as Chair Mike Langley, Vice-Chair Phil Mott and Secretary Samuel Seeley; the Appeals Board officers were recorded as Chair Aaron Davis, Vice-Chair Robert Dieker and Secretary Samuel Seeley. That motion passed 6-0.
After the substantive land-use discussion, the board completed required training, processed mileage vouchers and adjourned the meeting at 7:44 P.M. on a 6-0 vote (mover: Boline; seconder: Dieker). The meeting minutes were prepared and signed by Samuel Seeley, P/Z/FPM Director.
