Residents praise county staff after Clay Township dispute; county announces preparedness event

County Administrator Michael Colbert announced an Emergency Management and Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton event on Feb. 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Boonshoft Center for Jewish Culture and Education in Centerville, featuring county staff and FBI representatives to discuss emergency preparedness and Emergency Operations coordination. Commissioners also offered brief remarks on the UNCF Workplace Giving Campaign, Esther Price Candy Company centennial events, Go Red for Women Day cardiac-health awareness and the Point-In-Time Count of homelessness. The meeting adjourned at 2:12 p.m.
