The motion to accept the amendment was moved by Commissioner Donald L. Fleak and seconded by Commissioner Tony Anderson; Commissioners James D. Garland, Tony Anderson and Donald L. Fleak voted aye. The amendment was described in the meeting record as necessary because the construction schedule lengthened.
The agreement names HDR Engineering, headquartered at 8890 Lyra Drive, Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43240-3500, as the consultant to continue construction-phase engineering services. The county clerk’s file contains the full amended agreement and related construction schedule adjustments. The board’s action did not include additional project scope changes in the minutes; budgetary oversight and follow-up reporting are provided through the county’s project files.
