The Board of Fayette County Commissioners approved a contract Feb. 2 with New Mercy Outreach, Inc. to provide child placement and related services for children under the care and custody of Fayette County Children Services.
The contract covers Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026, and sets a maximum payable amount of $75,000. The motion to approve was moved by Commissioner Tony Anderson and seconded by Commissioner James D. Garland; Fleak was absent for the roll call. The minutes note the service provider’s address in Mansfield, Ohio, and state the contract is intended to support placement services under Title IV-E.
