Commissioners authorize NMDOT cooperative agreement to advance Blueberry Hill Road phase 3

"This will specifically work towards phase 3, which is from Peachtree Road clear all the way back down to 240," Fernandez said. He told the commission that with improving weather crews expect to start work within the next couple of weeks on aprons and other items already in progress.
Commissioner moved to approve Resolution 2025-12 authorizing participation in the NMDOT State Road Fund; the motion was seconded and approved on a voice vote. No abstentions or opposing votes were recorded in the meeting transcript.
The resolution was presented as a routine step to secure matching funds and move construction forward; Fernandez stood for questions and indicated the work will proceed as weather permits.
