The motion to approve the consent agenda (items a–l) was made by Bryan Bayless, seconded by Kyle King, and passed 4–0 with board member Carrie Schmidt absent.
The consent agenda listed General Fund encumbrances #949–#955 totaling $11,964.28; Building Fund encumbrances #115–#120 totaling $28,436.00; and Child Nutrition Fund encumbrances #95–#100 totaling $18,591.48. The board also approved change order/PO listings for Fund 11 and Fund 22, acknowledged the Stafford Library surplus, and accepted resignations and retirements including Paraprofessionals Madyson Gooch and Autumn Zornes, Bus Driver Haylee Jackson, WHS Art Teacher Nicole Harrington, and STEM/Gifted teacher Becki Hubin.
As part of consent, the board authorized filing of E-Rate Form 471 applications for the 2025–26 funding year and approved fund signatory appointments for FY 2025–26, naming Casey O'Connor as Encumbrance Clerk/Co-signer, Jalenda Yount as Treasurer/Co-signer, and Chris Gregston as School Board President/Co-signer. Activity fund cosigners Meaghan Bowles, Debra Short and Mark Harmon were also appointed. The board scheduled no further action on these consent items at the meeting.
