Commissioners approve bonds, permits and UW scholarship changes in routine business
Summary

During the March 17 meeting the board approved several administrative items. Commissioner Bradley moved and Commissioner White seconded approval of a surety bond for Elizabeth Cheeney and three 24-hour alcoholic beverage permits; both motions passed 5-0. Commissioner Bradley also moved to approve a University of Wyoming scholarship letter to reduce GPA requirements for Sublette County recipients; Commissioner Stephens seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
Separately, Commissioner Bradley moved to approve Resolution 25-1005193B, adopting Board of County Commissioners bylaws; Commissioner White seconded and the motion carried 4-1 (Commissioner Stephens opposed). The board directed that discussion of the Pocket Creek Project continue at the April 7 meeting and agreed to formally recognize only teams that win state titles going forward.
The minutes record that David and Cindy Rivezzo spoke about their golf-course restaurant lease but the board took no further action and the prior decision to terminate the lease stands.
