Selectboard approves amended minutes and several procedural motions; festival closure motion withdrawn

Jonathan West moved to extend the meeting by one hour; that motion passed unanimously on a second by Kunz. The board then moved into executive session on a motion by Kunz seconded by Wilson; the executive session ended at 9:25 p.m. and the board adjourned at 9:26 p.m.
Separately, Jonathan West moved to authorize the closure of Center Hill for an upcoming festival and Laurie Kunz initially seconded, but Kunz later withdrew her second and West withdrew the motion; no authorization was adopted. The board directed staff and event organizers to consult affected businesses and Fire & Rescue and return with a revised request.
