The applicants said all utilities, water and waste lines will be located underground, and that the cabin roofs will be standing‑seam with a reasonable pitch. The Design Advisory Board recommended approval earlier that afternoon (5:00 p.m.).
The Fire Department recommended two safety measures: installation of a turnaround and a new fire hydrant; the zoning file contains a Fire Department letter documenting those recommendations. After hearing testimony the board closed the hearing (motion by Watanabe, seconded by Shoener), with no final site‑plan approval recorded at the meeting.
