Board approves coroner contract renewal and routine meeting business
Summary

Coroner Matthew Tomlin presented a renewal for an independent-employee contract for Carmen Kerberg that includes a 3% raise. The board approved the renewal unanimously on a motion by Jason Sharp and a second by Frank Loop.
The board also approved the Nov. 4, 2025 meeting minutes and approved payroll and claims by unanimous votes. The Cottonwood Commons Plat 1587 was approved unanimously as well during the meeting.
During public comment, Joseph Moore thanked Commissioner Jason Sharp for outreach and noted a donated wheelchair for Pineview; Dale Mann reiterated opposition to TIFs and asked whether Cottonwood Commons is a conservation subdivision. The meeting adjourned by unanimous motion.
