Zoning Director Chris Brown reported an application from Charlotte Pierson-David, agent for A Fairport Knight–Walter Keith, requesting a Temporary Conditional Use Permit for a concert at 200 Fairport Main Street on May 24, 2026, from 5 p.m. to midnight. Charlotte Pierson-David was unable to obtain a surety bond but had a Certificate of Liability Insurance; the commission approved the permit on the condition the certificate name Russell County as an additional insured.
Chair Duke Strobel moved to approve the permit with that condition, Dean Haselhorst seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes do not record further conditions or permit fees.
