The consent agenda listed the following Check Edit Report totals: $1,832,045.10 for Dec. 17, 2025; $405,953.69 for Dec. 24, 2025; $190,138.02 for Dec. 31, 2025; and $343,628.56 for Jan. 7, 2026, for a combined total of $2,771,765.37. The board also approved the Commission Meeting Minutes for Dec. 16, 2025 and the Jan. 2, 2026 public strategy meeting. "Motion to approve the Consent Agenda, which includes the Check Edit Report ... made by Commissioner Meyeres," the minutes record.
Clerk/Auditor Chameill Lamb was listed among officials in attendance and is responsible for maintaining the official payment records. The approval cleared those payments for processing and formally closed the consent‑agenda items so the commission could move to the regular session.
