Village board approves routine minutes, licenses and multiple WWTP pay requests

At its March 9 meeting the Village of Lyndon Station approved minutes, financial reports, liquor and operator licenses, a county aid petition, WWTP pay applications #9 and #10 contingent on RD approval, and tabled Change Order Request #3.
The Village of Lyndon Station board unanimously approved routine business at its March 9, 2026 meeting, including minutes from Feb. 9 and two special meetings, the February Clerk/Treasurer report, and February water and sewer payables.
Trustees also approved liquor, beer and cigarette licenses for Muman Bros. WI LLC and operator licenses for Julie Davis and Alexandria Sleddens. Trustee Rebecca Coley and Trustee Morgan Place made and seconded the routine motions, which carried unanimously.
On the wastewater treatment plant project, the board approved Draw Request Pay App #9 and Pay App #10 contingent on Rural Development (RD) approval, and approved Change Order Request #2 contingent on RD approval. Change Order Request #3 was tabled for later consideration. The board also approved a 50/50 petition for county aid for highway construction.
The meeting moved into closed session under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(c) to consider personnel matters and reconvened to open session before adjourning at 8:09 p.m.
