Selectboard appoints Robin Guierrez as Road Commissioner; announces road postings and shed move

Cary Sandvig moved to appoint Robin Guierrez as Road Commissioner at the March 4 meeting; the motion carried unanimously. Guierrez reported the shed discussed at earlier meetings will be moved the weekend of March 7 and reminded the Board that roads will be posted beginning March 10, 2026.
Board members discussed road maintenance tasks such as ditching on Main Street, cleanup on West Shore Road, grading and patchwork on School Street. Sandvig said he will contact Bruce Noble to ask that snow be removed near the old schoolhouse to avoid runoff into the roadway. Peter Brzozowy volunteered to serve as the Selectboard point of contact for road-related items.
