Commissioners agreed to add double meetings between now and November to ensure the commission has enough time to complete the draft zoning bylaws prior to the grant expiration on Nov. 30, 2025. The planning secretary recorded that the commission will meet again on Wednesday, Aug. 27 at 6:00 p.m.
Staff (Ellen Fox and Emily Klofft) were assigned to circulate the current bylaws with suggested edits (Appendix C) to the Planning Commission for review. Minutes were submitted by Narissa Furtado‑Cordeiro, Planning Commission Secretary.
