The Montgomery Conservation Commission convened at 5:39 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2025, and approved the minutes of its June 4 meeting after a motion from Matt Paggi and a second from Lynn Locher. The minutes state that "motion passed" and that there had been no official meeting on July 2 due to lack of quorum.
Chair Patrick Calecas established attendance (Patrick Calecas, Joan Hildreth, Lynn Locher, Matt Paggi, Kip Potter) and the commission recorded Cliff Loos as officially appointed by the Selectboard in June 2025. Members noted one additional vacancy on the commission and encouraged interested townspeople to inquire at MontgomeryConservation@gmail.com. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
