Joanie Jones nominated Kintz and Scott Laird moved the appointment; Javoss McGuire seconded. Kintz abstained from the vote and the remaining members approved the appointment.
Joanie Jones nominated Alicia Mahoney for vice chair and Amy Cieloha moved the appointment, seconded by Scott Laird; the committee approved the vice-chair appointment with those in attendance. The committee also voted to approve the minutes from May 9, 2024. The committee scheduled its next meeting for May 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
