After discussing that a one‑hour meeting often left business unfinished, Chair Tressa Miller proposed extending monthly meetings to 90 minutes and moving the start time to 4:00 p.m. Member John Tribolet moved the change; Member Joanna Richa seconded. The motion passed 8–0.
City Recorder Jennifer Mirabile announced that Member Craig Soderberg will be leaving the Park Board and will be recognized at the March 9 City Council meeting. The Board also reviewed the Park Board Sponsorship Program fundraising totals (approximately $12,000 raised the prior year and $14,000 the year before) and discussed how to transition responsibilities; Member Soderberg offered to help with that transition.
