John, town staff, said the original document mistakenly listed the bond proceeds at $1.1 million; it was updated to $1.5 million. He estimated an ending fund balance of roughly $11,000 after the planned expenditures. A motion to approve the TIRZ No. 1 proposed budget was made and carried unanimously.
No public comment was made during the TIRZ No. 1 public-input period prior to the motion. The TIRZ No. 1 board adjourned after the vote.
