Council approves IPD zoning for 117‑acre Catherine Branch industrial site

The council opened and closed the public hearing with no speakers and then voted to approve the zoning change unanimously, adopting the ordinance as presented. Nathan noted that planning and zoning had recommended approval at its July 15 meeting.
