- CU-25-22 (conditional use permit for a commercial stable at 400 W Stagecoach Road, APN 03509410) — approved based on staff findings and subject to conditions in the staff report, including special condition limiting boarded horses to 15; applicant agreed to conditions.
- AB-25-3 (abandonment of portions of recorded public utility easements to facilitate a Mountain Falls final map) — commission accepted updated AT&T concurrence as additional backup and approved the abandonment based on staff findings.
- ZC MP-25-8 (zone-change recommendation to add parcels into the Mountain Falls South development agreement) — commission recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners; staff emphasized the existing Mountain Falls South rooftop cap of 5,160 is not being increased; public commenters raised water, traffic and school-capacity concerns.
- MP/PUD-25-1 (master-plan amendment and planned unit development for a 139-acre Binion property at 700 W Wilson Road) — commission recommended approval; staff noted agency comments and that Great Basin Water annexation and a new well are being pursued to serve the development.
Several items will proceed to the Board of County Commissioners for final action (scheduled for Oct. 21, 2025).
