Committee members noted that library minutes covering 2017–2026 have been placed on Gilmanton’s website. Elise Smith, Town Clerk/Tax Collector, will double-check that Record Retention minutes from July 22, 2025 have been posted and will confirm whether the Board of Selectmen and Trustee of Trust Funds minutes for the last two years have been received and posted.
The committee also noted that 90‑minute cassette tapes require a special recorder for audio transfer; the Transfer Station Manager will ask the equipment operator whether such a recorder is available. The next Record Retention Committee meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2026; the meeting was adjourned by motion with a 3–0 vote.
