The Board approved a minor modification to PRS application 24‑0536 affecting a 1.74‑acre parcel in the University area for the University Area Cultural Campus. Staff said the modification does not change entitlements but adjusts site layout: removing an access driveway, retaining a previously‑shown building, and relocating parking and stormwater facilities.
Applicant planner Catherine Hartley described the change as minor and driven by the decision to retain a structure and to recalculate stormwater; "We're just taking out a driveway... we had to move the parking around a little bit, and that's it," she said. Sarah Combs, CEO of the University Area CDC, testified in support and emphasized the campus’s role in providing programs and services for a linguistically and culturally diverse neighborhood.
Staff recommended approval and the board voted 7–0 to approve the minor modification. The record reflects community support from the University Area CDC and no opposition noted during public comment.
