Wilson also called out p‑card spending in the Affordable Housing department — citing about $7,000 on Amazon, $43,000 for travel and multiple staff conference trips — and questioned whether some conference travel supported taxpayer priorities. Commissioners asked staff for an itemized list and indicated they would revisit permanent nonprofit allocations and carry‑forwards before final adoption.
