Survey complete for O'Bryan & Aprille hold-out lot; TCC to finalize easement documents

Ned Beecher reported that surveyor Jim Hambrook completed the survey for the hold-out building lot on the northern (powerline) lot related to the O'Bryan & Aprille conservation easement. The Commission will send the survey to the Conservation Law/Review Committee (CLRC) for review; after CLRC feedback the survey will be recorded at the Carroll County Registry of Deeds and Ned will finalize two easement documents for Town Attorney review and signature.
The Commission did not record new terms or changes at the meeting; the update documents the survey completion and the next administrative steps toward recording and signing the conservation easements.
