TCC reviews 2025 easement monitoring reports; notes access signage and debris questions

The Commission heard that all easement monitoring reports for 2025 have been submitted. Commissioner Jeremy Phillips summarized key findings and next steps: consider marking or signing an access trail at the Rhodes easement so the public knows where to enter; follow up with monitor Dexter Harding and the Bearcamp Valley Farm landowner about a pile of bricks observed during monitoring; and ask the Remick family about posting and signage at the Aspinall/Remick Farm easement.
Members agreed to visit the Rhodes easement before the February meeting to assess whether a sign or trail marking is appropriate, and Jeremy said he would follow up with Dexter Harding and the landowners to clarify the situation at Bearcamp Valley Farm. Ned Beecher will contact the Remicks about posting and signs.
