The Tamworth Conservation Commission reported that Nelson O’Bryan, who served as chair for 10 years and led many projects, has formally resigned after moving to Wolfeboro. Commissioners acknowledged O’Bryan’s service and discussed membership continuity as three commission terms expire this year.
Commissioners Kit Morgan and Charlie Townsend told the group they intend to seek reappointment; Teresa Fournier informed Ned Beecher after the meeting that she will not seek another term. Ned said he submitted the annual report for the town warrant and will attend the town budget hearing on Feb. 10 to follow up on related budget items.
