At the July 6 meeting the Menno City Council reviewed bank statements, reconciliations, automatic withdrawals and checks written during June and approved the monthly warrants. Councilmember Jacob Mettler moved to approve the warrants; Terah Schoenfish seconded. Roll call showed all ayes.
The minutes list detailed warrant and utility payments, including payroll taxes (EFTPS $5,718.03), B-Y Water ($9,738.00), pool expenditures ($5,546.73) and a USDA Phase 2 sewer loan payment ($3,077.00). The minutes also record month-end checking balances as of 06/30/26: General $1,291,905.18 and total combined balances $1,823,645.06.
