The Chocorua project includes culvert and parking-area revisions and proposed plantings, plus a kayak carry path to improve water access.
Kit Morgan recorded that the Theodore driveway permit was issued and that the Eversource notification was routine by-notification work. The Chocorua Ski & Beach revision was described as a targeted stormwater-management change intended to address prior water-quality issues at the pond; the commission did not record a vote on any permit at the March 9 meeting.
