Faith Tempest reported that RHR Smith has sent an engagement letter and the firm is in discussions with the board about managing an interim audit following the Treasurer's departure.
Mark Turco said the board must appoint a Treasurer to fill the remainder of the elected term and indicated the Select Board will put a question to the Town about creating an appointed Treasurer position. The board received applications from Marc Miller and Amy Tayler and agreed to schedule interviews as soon as possible.
