The easement work is timed to coincide with the expected signing sequence: after town meeting the Select Board will sign, then Ned Beecher and the landowners will sign the easement documents. The commission also noted that the Whitehouse baseline documentation report was recorded and closed last year and will be reviewed by Scott Aspinall before final steps.
No further action was taken beyond authorizing the invoice payment; the commission plans to revisit related legal and recording expenses as they arise.
