City Administrator Max Baker said "Peggy" had requested pursuing a Library Services and Technology grant to fund mobile pop-up library shelters with no matching requirement; the application deadline is Dec. 1. Baker noted the application falls within his authority and asked if the council had objections; the council expressed consensus support for staff to apply.
Baker also said staff planned to submit two CIS grant applications for $5,000 each: one to upgrade security at city hall (including ADA door repairs and camera improvements) and one for sewer mainline cleaning to prevent backups and prepare lines for camera work identified in the I&I project.
