City Administrator Max Baker reported that the Planning Commission approved LU 2025-02, the Whipple Estate subdivision, at its Nov. 2 meeting and that the appeal period expired with no appeals filed. He described LU 2025-04, a hillside development permit for a new single-family dwelling, as approved with standard Civil West conditions that apply to slopes greater than 15%.
Councilor Don Bennett asked about lots 1 and 11 showing part of the right-of-way on the subdivision layout; Baker clarified those were private utility easements for sewer and storm access rather than purchases of right-of-way and agreed to double-check the lot-size calculations showing larger parcels for those lots.
