Council adopted Resolution 11-11-24A to establish a Master Fee Schedule consolidating previously established fees and directing annual staff review. Administrator Steve Pendergrass explained "the resolution does not introduce any new fees or changes to existing fees. Instead, it creates a master list for easier access." The resolution text includes language about public accessibility and a stated effective date for the fee schedule.
Council also approved a salary grid that sets base rate ranges and allows increases tied to department-specific certifications. The council approved an amended surplus list that includes a 1976 International loadstar water truck and gym equipment; staff were directed to obtain values for sale or disposal and the BOSE tower speaker was removed for use at the Visitor Center. Motions carried 6-0.
