Lowell agrees to join Lane Countywide debris shared-service agreement; will not join drafting committee

Council unanimously agreed the city would participate in a shared service agreement to streamline FEMA processes and procurement and confirmed Lowell has no existing debris contracts.
Baker said participation would help skip separate procurement and aid FEMA reimbursement processes. Council indicated staff would review documents as they arise but the city did not want to sit on the drafting committee.
