Baker said all three bidders provided video inspection and integrity checks as part of their cleaning services; the $8,000 authorization (the low bid was $5,400) provides flexibility for additional epoxy or labor if needed. Councilor Tim Stratis moved to select Potable Divers Inc.; Councilor Don Bennett seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
