Chief Deputy Arnold Butcher presented annual limited-use agreements for the Davis County Shooting Range. The board approved agreements with the Lakeview Rifle & Pistol Association Cowboy Action Club for $3,120, Heathen Precision 22 Long Rifle LLC for $780, and the Lakeview Wahsatch Pins & Plate Club for $2,700.
Commissioner Bob Stevenson commended the Sheriff's Office and specifically thanked Paul and Chief Deputy Butcher for range management. Chief Deputy Butcher confirmed the range was closed as needed during a Red Flag Warning and said the office coordinates closures and notifications.
