A commissioner moved to approve the bus-use indemnity agreement and a second supported the motion; the commission approved the agreement by voice vote. The staff member said she had emailed a school contact (Missy) to secure the arrangement after missing the district's last board meeting.
Commissioners offered brief thanks to Jordan and to district staff for arranging buses; no fiscal terms were discussed on the record.
