Ridgefield board approves array of vendor contracts including Meraki licenses and nursing services

The Ridgefield Board approved several vendor and service contracts on June 25 as part of its consent agenda. The board awarded a five-year Meraki license contract to Data Center Warehouse for $80,729 (approximately 60% of eligible costs expected to be reimbursed through E-Rate). It also approved an amendment increasing Best Choice Home Care's supplemental nursing contract by $50,000 to a revised not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 for 2025-2026, and awarded a Delta-T Group North Jersey nursing services contract for up to $25,000 for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027.
Separately, the board ratified participation in NRG Curtailment Solutions' PowerPay! Demand Response Program for the 2026/2027 PJM delivery year (June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027) to pursue capacity and energy payments. The motions were approved as part of the consent items moved by Patrick Jo and seconded by Andrew Grippa. The Meraki award and PowerPay enrollment include contractual authorizations for the Business Administrator to execute associated documents.
