Village administrator reports zoning letters; two properties remain noncompliant

Village Administrator and Water Superintendent Jay Roberts reported to council that he delivered a letter to property owner George Kenworthy regarding his property. Roberts said that of the recent batch of zoning letters he mailed, only two recipients have not complied and he will follow up on those noncompliant properties.
No enforcement actions, fines or hearings were announced at the Aug. 8 meeting; Roberts’ report was recorded as an administrative update and the council did not vote on additional zoning measures during the session.
