Present were Council Members Amy Blair, Bill Bloom, Sara Gravert and Barry Long; Council Member Ryan Salvador was absent. City Administrator Dennis Bockenstedt and department heads were recorded as present.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn moved by Barry Long and seconded by Bill Bloom; the motion "carried unanimously on voice vote" and the minutes record the meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m. The minutes do not record individual roll-call votes for the adjournment motion.
