Council approved Pay Estimate 4 for $729,127.54 to McCarthy Improvement Co. for the Wisconsin Street to 15th Street to Cody Road project and Pay Estimate 12 for $576,647.21 to Langman Construction Co. for Cody Road Phase II. Both motions carried unanimously among members present.
City Engineer Eric Lee provided an update on Cody Road Phase II; Council Member Barry Long expressed concern about existing potholes along the route.
