Commission approves Blueprint training agreement for Sept. 14–15 sessions
Summary
Daggett County approved a two-session training agreement with Blueprint (Sept. 14–15) designed for accounting and business participants; partner organizations will cover portions of the fee and the county noted cancellation/reschedule penalties in the contract.
The board approved a training-services agreement with Blueprint for two half-day training sessions scheduled for Sept. 14–15. Staff said partner organizations (UBTAC/CEOAB) will cover a portion of the fee (40%) and that the $3,000 initial fee covers the trainer’s basic travel and session costs.
Commissioner (S3) moved to proceed with the agreement. Commissioners discussed the cancellation/rescheduling clause (client pays 50% if canceled/rescheduled within 90 days and is responsible for nonrefundable travel expenses) and confirmed the county will work with partners to minimize financial risk. The motion passed by voice vote.
